Since your messages were in Russian, I would like to apologize for answerin in English, not in Russian. The reason is that my Russian speaking/writing is not good enough so I am forced to use automatic translation services that are far from perfection so I have to spend additional time for correcting (obvious) mistakes. I will try to translate this post in Russina, but now, being on my regular job, I can not afford to spend too much time on this.

I am sorry for the problems that you've had. I can fully understand that it was not your intention to resign those four games. Unfortunately, I've received on Saturday your e-mail message (sent around midnight Friday/Saturday) concerning the game 12959 and was able only to fix that game on Saturday morning. After that I was for the rest of Saturday and most of the Sunday away from any internet connection and without any information about the other three games. Today I've found your other postings and fixed other three games as well.

However, the problem was not in any way cause by any kind of the problem on the server's side. All four resignations were sent from the host with IP address 212.59.6.119. According to Whois database, thos host belongs to "Muitines departamentas prie LR finansu ministerijos" (translated by Google as "Customs department of the Lithuanian Finance Ministry") - http://whois.domaintools.com/212.59.6.119. This is the same host that was used for playing move 35-30 in game 13913, move 41-36 in game 13924 and moves 21-27, 26x17 in game 13920. Also, this is the same IP address that has been used for sending first two of your e-mail messages sent to e-dama administrator.

Whole session from that host on Friday/Saturday was as follows (all times are in GMT plus two hours):

That same IP address was used previously (Aug 1st, Aug 6th ... ) for sending the moves in games that you are playing so I do not have any reason that those requests are not sent by you or some other person who have the access to the machine(s) with the mentioned IP address.

Just to repeat ... I've restored games to the situation before those resignation requests but there were no any kind of problems on the server side.

привет в партии 13913 monika kaubryte john folkners в турнире UL-2014B я не нажимала кнопку здатья а просто зделала ход 35-30 тем более что позиция ничейная......В турнире 179 в партии Dragan Vesic-Monika Kaubryte партия после нескольких ходов стала ничья хотя я ничью не предлагала ина ничью не соглашалась....Прошу Вас востановить справедливость... потому что это ошибки сервера если .нет то нет смысла играть когда ходы за меня делают кто то другой..буду ждать от Вас справедливости.Monika Kaubryte

к сожалению я до сих пор не дождалься ответа на свое письмо отправленное вам несколько дней назад ..... по поводу ошибок работы сервера ....вам что гордость не позволяет ..... а ведь ваш так называемый сервер это ноль без игроков ....с таким же успехом я могу играть и на другом месте .... хотел получить ответы ..... почему когда программа или интернет работает медленно то тогда посылаеться совсем другой ход ..... почему нет никаких даже формальних награждении,,, ну вот нарпимер был организован так называемый чемпионат европы где сборная ЛАТВИИ-ЛИТВЫ ЗАНЯЛО ПЕРВОЕ МЕСТО ....И НИЧЕГО ...а если бы первое место заняло сборная хроатии то тогда бы нарнадили например 1000 долларов ??? We are planning to organize the first TEAM COMPETITION on our server e-dama.net. Every team will consist of four players - 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th board. Every player will play one game against corresponding player in every other team. Beginning of the tournament will be around 15th October 2011. Because we do not have our members organized in teams yet, for the first competition teams will be assembled of players from the same country. For countries with more than four players, there will be more teams from this country. For countries with less than four players, teams can be composed of players from different countries - two, three or even four (we will call such teames "combined" i.e. "mixed").

If you have some suggestions about such competition, please post them on this forum

Мы планируем организовать первый конкурс КОМАНДА на нашем сервере e-dama.net. Каждая команда будет состоять из четырех игроков - 1, 2, 3-й и 4-й доске. Каждый игрок будет играть одну игру против соответствующего игрока в любой другой команде. Начало турнира составит около 15 октября 2011. Потому что у нас нет наших членов организованной в команде все же, для первой команды конкурса будут собраны игроки из той же страны. Для стран с более четырех игроков, не будет больше команд из этой страны. В странах с менее, чем четырех игроков, команды могут состоять из игроков из разных стран мира - два, три или даже четыре (мы будем называть такие teames «комбинированный», т.е. «смешанный»).

Если у вас есть предложения по поводу такой конкуренции, пожалуйста, напишите их на этот форум
