Mr. Navikauskas,

I have games where start position is gf4 dc5 cb4 ed6 hg3 and next move is for white. It's mistake. after hg3 must move black, not white. Unless you know few games from other sites /championships where in my position first move was for white.

Without that, I saw game in this tournament Zeljko Ljubesic - Ademar Rodrigues da Silva . Start position is 1.cb4 ba5 2.ef4 ac3 3.db4 and move is for white. Why? First move after start position must do black.

Please pay attention on that seriously.

It's no a goal to play unreal start positions where white or black have do two moves.

I see where the problem is. Unfortunately, there was a bug in piece of code that extracted tables into something that has been used. In set-ups with odd number of plies first move was automatically (and incorrectly) been given to the white player. I will fix that problem for the future but for now we have to find solution because several games already started with such bad setup. Sad

One more time thank you for your answer.
Yes, you are right due to that if all players will play in one group will be hard to make good tournament.
But:
1. You have (even must) to talk with players, not only do how you think is the best (players must to know about regulations and their changes)
2. You must to talk with players before changes in regulations and so on, not after that.
3. Have to be tournaments plan for year or something else. It will be a great to know before long time about one or other tournament, not before 3-4 weeks.
4. You shouldn't do priority among tournaments. When you say that strongest players now playing in others tournaments, I say - so whats wrong? They always can choose if play in one more tournament or not. It's not mean that can't be others tournaments.

Without that I must to add that are serious problems with start positions in brazilian tournament.

Tournament in brazilian draughts already started. But now is a few semifinals. About semifinals nobody talked although it had long been clear that there will be a large number of players.

Why without any information one tournament was divided into semifinals ?

Why wasn't asked about it before?
Last year we also had semifinal and final. Nobody complained about this so we decided to do the same this year. We are still introducing this kind of game on E-Dama and want to include more players. But if all players will play in one group it will bee too much games and strongest players will quit - because we now have World Championship, Team Championship and Unplugged League and expect to start Brazilian and Netherlands championship very soon.
Good day,

I want to ask if you are planning to organise tournament on brazilian flying draughts?

I'm talking about this draughts version :

(see here) http://64-100.com/polish-champ-team-64-braz

Technically we are able to do this, but I am not sure if it will be enough interest for this. If someone is willing to ogranize such tournaments, we can offer such service.

Thanks for answer.
